Kriya Yoga
(Himalayan Kundalini)
Kriya Yoga is an ancient, advanced Yoga technique of energy and breath control (pranayama) that accelerates spiritual growth and fosters inner peace and God-communion. Revived in 1861 by Mahavatar Babaji and popularized by Paramahansa Yogananda, it involves specific breathing, mantras, and mudras to circulate life energy (prana) through the spine, purifying consciousness.

Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a style of yoga in which poses are held for 3-6 minutes on each side. Instead of focusing on building strength, Yin focuses on flexibility and relaxation by targeting deep connective tissue. Yin Yoga is suitable for all levels. Practiioners should have some props handy (blocks, blankets, bolsters, pillows, etc).

Gentle Yoga
Gentle yoga is a slow-paced, supportive practice focusing on stretching, mindful breathing, and relaxation rather than intense physical exertion. It is designed to reduce stress, increase flexibility, and soothe the nervous system, making it ideal for beginners, seniors, or recovery. Key, common poses include gentle twists, forward folds, and restorative, seated, or lying-down movements.

Yin & Meridian Yoga
Yin Yoga combined with Meridian Theory is a therapeutic practice that holds passive, seated, or lying postures for 3–6 minutes to target deep connective tissues (fascia, ligaments, joints) and stimulate the flow of Qi (energy) along the body's twelve main meridian channels. Based on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), this approach releases blockages in energy pathways, promoting physical, emotional, and organ health.

Hatha Yoga Flow
Hatha Flow is a balanced, accessible yoga style combining the slow, sustained, and alignment-focused holds of traditional Hatha with the breath-synchronized, fluid transitions of Vinyasa. Designed to improve flexibility, strength, and mindfulness, it typically includes warm-up Sun Salutations, standing poses, and restorative, long-held floor poses.

Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra, or "yogic sleep," is a guided, meditation technique that induces profound physical and mental relaxation while maintaining conscious awareness. Typically practiced in Savasana (corpse pose), it systematically guides practitioners between wakefulness and sleep to release deep tension, manage stress, and access the subconscious mind.
One hour of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to four hours of sleep.
