Service Description
is a more meditative, slow paced class where a series of long-held floor poses allow students to experience and release mental, physical, and emotional tensions. Yin Yoga is practiced mostly sitting or lying on the floor. There are no planks, warriors or active core work in this class. Yin specific asana (poses) are explored to encourage healing of the body's connective tissues while increasing joint mobility/range of motion and flexibility of both body and mind. Suitable for beginners and more experienced practitioners alike. All are welcome. *Prenatal advised to attend prenatal offerings
